One of the most difficult types of photography is street photography. A lot of things has to work for a good photo. You need to see it (actually you need to see it before it even happens). You need to be ready and your camera too. You have to have a good composition. But for me, the most difficult part of street photography is to have the courage to aim the camera on a stranger and press the shutter button.
When I saw this guy walking towards me, he had the looks of a homeless guy and then I noticed the name of the pub in the back : Clochard de Luxe.
I knew I had to be quick to capture this shot and felt quite happy when I did.
It’s things like this that makes me want to go out and shoot some more candid/street shots.
